Information we collect

GroundsGain may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, billing details, order information, and support messages. Payment information is processed by our checkout provider and is not stored directly by GroundsGain.

How we use information

We use information to deliver products, process purchases, provide support, improve our products and website, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send marketing communications when you have consented to receive them.

Service providers

We may use providers for website hosting, payments, file delivery, email communication, analytics, and fraud prevention. These providers include Lemon Squeezy for checkout and delivery and Google Analytics for optional website measurement. They receive only the information needed to provide their services and operate under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. It may measure page views, scrolling, outbound links, general device information, and approximate location. GroundsGain does not intentionally send calculator values, payment details, or job-level financial information to Google Analytics. Visitors may decline analytics or reopen Analytics choices from the website footer.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
