Refund and Compatibility Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased from GroundsGain.

Digital products

Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or covered by the compatibility commitment below.

Compatibility commitment

If the Landscape Margin System cannot be opened in a supported, current version of Microsoft Excel and our support steps do not resolve the issue, contact support@groundsgain.com within 30 days of purchase. We will either provide a compatible replacement or issue an appropriate refund.

Before requesting help

Please include your order number, the application and version you are using, your device type, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send confidential customer or employee information.

Exclusions

Refunds are not offered because a purchaser changed their mind, did not use the product, expected a guaranteed business result, or attempted to use the file in unsupported software. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
