These terms apply to GroundsGain website use and digital-product purchases.

Products and license

GroundsGain products are licensed to the purchaser for use within one business unless a different license is stated at checkout. Products may not be resold, shared publicly, sublicensed, or represented as the purchaser’s own product.

Operational planning only

GroundsGain provides educational and operational planning tools. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Results depend on the accuracy of customer inputs and do not guarantee profit, revenue, business performance, or any particular outcome.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing calculations, maintaining backups, deciding whether a tool is suitable for your business, and consulting qualified advisers when appropriate.

Intellectual property

The site, workbooks, written materials, graphics, formulas, and related product content are owned by GroundsGain or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroundsGain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
